Mutual Wealth — Strategy for Cooperatives & NSSLAs in the Philippines

Strategy for the institutions where the money belongs to members and missions, not owners — cooperatives, NSSLAs, and community and conservation enterprises. Success here is measured in member outcomes, not just returns. For the people running a co-op under CDA rules or an NSSLA under BSP supervision — and the boards trying to grow shared wealth without losing the plot.

Why me, for this

I build strategy from inside a member-owned institution.

Sixteen years inside one of the country’s largest savings-and-loan associations — an NSSLA — from Corporate Planning to Marketing & BI Head, building board-level strategy for an institution its members own.

I’ve worked with cooperatives directly, and built a Cooperative Scorecard to measure what actually matters to members — not just the balance sheet. This pillar is where I put that experience to work in public.
