Most clients hire me for one thing: judgment that has already been tested on real decisions. For sixteen years I’ve built corporate strategy inside a ₱25-billion member-owned financial institution in Manila — moving from corporate planning to heading its marketing and business intelligence across a nationwide branch network.

The frameworks I bring to your team are ones I’ve had to defend in a boardroom and answer for to a regulator — not borrow from a textbook. Layered on top: an MBA from UP Diliman’s Virata School of Business and specialist roles on USAID-funded national programs, so the read is grounded in both the balance sheet and the field.

The process

How an engagement works.

01 · diagnostic

We start by mapping the actual problem, not the one that’s been named. This usually takes one or two sessions and produces a clear statement of what we’re solving and why the current approach isn’t working.

02 · direction

From the diagnostic, I develop structured options with clear trade-offs. Not a single recommendation — a set of choices with an honest assessment of what each one requires and what it risks.

03 · execution

Depending on the engagement, I either support implementation directly through facilitation and working sessions, or hand off a plan with everything the team needs to move without me.
